Chicken On Salt

  • 1 chicken
  • 2 packages of Safir Salt
  • 3/4 Glass of water
  • 2 egg-white

First of all wash and clean your chicken then let it dry and tie its feet. Mix egg white, water and Safir salt in a bowl. On your baking tray put a layer of salt (it should be 2-3 cm) and put the chicken on it. Cover the chicken entirely with the mixture. Be sure there is no space on the chicken. Heat the oven at 200C in advance and bake the chicken for 2 hours. After baking remove the salt layer and your chicken is ready to serve.Bon apetit!
